Mervis Media is a full service video production company. Working closely with our clients, we specialize in developing distinctive concepts for every occasion, event or marketing need. Mervis Media has expertise in conveying client stories and messages utilizing a variety of approaches. We work thoughtfully from concept development, storyboard and script writing through shooting and post production. Every project is different and so is every video we create for our clients. Mindy Mervis
Founder

Mindy founded Mervis Media in order to focus her multi-faceted skill set on the creation of high-quality, unique specialty videos. Her passion for audiovisual story telling is brought to bear with every project.  Mindy creates sophisticated, emotionally impactful content across a wide spectrum of client needs. 

Before starting Mervis Media, Mindy created and ran the children’s video department of WarnerVision (a Time Warner Company, now Warner Home Video). There she produced content, acquired and developed new properites, oversaw and directed marketing, and acted as executive producer on various children’s videos and video series. Among her many notable projects at Warner Vision, Mindy produced the video and TV special “A Passover Seder with Elie Wiesel,” featuring the renowned Nobel Laureate.  

At Scholastic Productions and Polygram Video, Mindy devised and implemented marketing and business strategies for current and newly acquired video and television series. Mindy was an Associate Producer on the Emmy Award winning TV series Shining Time Station for several seasons.

Erika Clancy
Editor

Erika is a Brooklyn-based video editor who knows how to tell a story. She has applied her creative flair and technical skill to a wide variety of projects, including: narrative and documentary films, real estate showings, and videos for special events such as weddings/anniversaries, milestone birthdays, and bar/bat mitzvahs. Erika previously worked as an advertising account executive before going back to school for video editing. She was trained at the School of Visual Arts in Manhattan and at The Edit Center in Brooklyn. She is proficient in Final Cut Pro X, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, and AVID.
